Started my trays

IT's been eight hours since I've had my trays put in. Although it is a bit uncomfortable, it isn't beyond my tolerance for acceptable level of pain. For the first two weeks they are in without the dieks, aka <> and my teeth had a bit of sanding to allow tooth movement. The doctor will be aplying those in two more weeks. I've yet to eat since having them in and I'm about to do that. My first meal was homemade pizza. The additional sanding made my teeth a bit sensitive and my flossing was a bit strange. I flossed and brushed. Put my trays back in and the discomfort is back. I'll deal with it.
